Job Description

What you will have to do:

 

• Ensure efficient and friendly service, following hotel SOPs.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring they meet customer requests.
• Provide personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and exceeding expectations.
• Present the bill and handle payments in compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Participate in team briefings and scheduled training sessions.
• Comply with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

 

What we are looking for and what will you have to do:

 

• proven professional experience in a similar role in a hotel environment
• service knowledge within a luxury service environment and SOPs
• fluency in Greek and English (Additional language knowledge will be considered as an advantage.)
• pleasant and teamwork personality
• communicational skills
• ability to work in a demanding environment with multitask duties and responsibilities
