We are looking for HR Internship - Melia Hotels APAC Corporate Office (Ho Chi Minh City).


Melia Hotels International is a leading global hotel company with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team at our APAC Corporate Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience in various aspects of Human Resources within a multinational hospitality company. 
Duration: Up to 12 months

Job description:
* Recruitment & Onboarding Support: 
- Assist with the posting of job advertisements on various platforms. 
- Support the screening and shortlisting of applications. 
- Participate in the coordination of interviews and assessments. 
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts. 
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation. 
* Learning & Development Support: 
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs and workshops. 
- Help maintain training records and track employee participation. 
- Support the development of learning materials and resources. 
* Employee Relations & Administration: 
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records and HR databases. 
- Support the preparation of HR-related documents and reports. 
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing basic HR information. 
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events. 
* General Administrative Support: 
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, photocopying, and scheduling meetings. 
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 


Requirements: 
- Studying for a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Hospitality or a related field. 
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
- Fluency in Vietnamese and good command of English (both written and spoken). 
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
