your task:

  • Professional production of all dishes according to the current menu of our tapas bar
  • Control of the daily mise en place
  • Ordering, receiving and checking of goods as well as professional stocking
  • Carrying out inventories
  • Compliance with all HACCP regulations
  • If necessary, training and instruction of employees and trainees in the kitchen

 

your profil:

  • Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) 
  • First professional experience in the hotel industry/ upscale gastronomy desirable
  • Passion for good food
