1- Signing up to Turijobs

Why signinp up in Turijobs?
Turijobs is the leading job portal in Spain specialized in the tourism and hospitality sectors. We are the meeting point between professionals in the sector. Signing up in Turijobs is a fast, easy, and free process. Furthermore, it will give you a lot of visibility in the sector, as more than 11.000 companies trust us. Create your profile and find the job you love!
How can I create an account?
To register as a new user you have to click in "Register your CV" (at the top right part of the main page www.turijobs.com) and fill in your main data. Your account has been created! Finish filling in your experience, education, etc. and start applying to job offers that interest you. Good luck! We hope that you find a job that you love quickly.
I can't sign up. What can I do?
To finish your registration in Turijobs you have to fill in correctly all the required fields (name, surnames, email, password, area of interest and region) and accept the Terms of use and the legal notice. If after that you still can’t sign up: -send us an email to info@turijobs.pt explaining this situation. -maybe you are already registered but you don’t remember your password. In this case, you should click “Already registered? Access” and “Recover password”.

2- My Turijobs account

How to recover my password?
To recover your password, you should go to “Access” (https://www.turijobs.com/home/logon/), in the top right part of our web, and click [Recover password]. You should introduce the email with which you registered in Turijobs, click the Send button and follow the instructions that you receive in your email. *For security reasons, this option will only be available for 2 hours from the reception of the email. **If you don’t receive an email in your inbox, review the spam or junk email folder. To avoid it, add the email info@news.turijobs.pt to your list of safe senders.
How can I change my email or the password of my account?
To change the email or password associated with your account, you should access Turijobs with your current access data. In the “Settings” section you will find the option “Change password” and “Change email”.

3- Modify my CV / data

How can I complete my CV?
Once you have registered in Turijobs, your “Main CV” will be automatically created. To finish completing it you simply have to access “My CVs” and fill in the missing information. All sections can be modified and updated anytime you wish. We recomend you the following link will all the steps about how to complete your CV, with tips and recommendations that can increase your chances when searching for a job. Don’t forget that the companies to which you apply for and all those searching actively for applicants in the portal will have access to your CV.
How can I create a new CV?
If you have more than one professional profile or you want to have your CV in other language, our platform allows you to have up to 4 CVs. To do so, you will have to click “Add more CVs” (upper edge, right besides “Main CV”). All the CVs you add can me modified and updated anytime you wish, as well as eliminated, if they no longer interest you. In all CVs you will see required fields that you should fill in, such as the personal data, education or a language. You will have to complete them in order to be able to save the CV.
How can I update my CV?
To update your CVs date, you simply have to go to the “My CVs” section (https://www.turijobs.com/candidate/profile/mycvs) and click “Update my CVs date” on the right part of the page. If you are on active search, we recommend you update it at least once a month so that companies can see you are on active search.
What is a text CV and how can I create one?
The text format (txt) CV is a feature for companies that are looking for talent so they can find your CV. To add your CV in this format you simply have to copy and paste the text of your CV and that’s it! Easy, right?!
I have a CV in pdf, can I upload it?
Yes, you can upload your CV in Word or PDF format, if it doesn’t exceed 2MG. Furthermore, when you apply for an offer you can choose the CV that better suits the vacancy.
How to avoid comapnies finding my CV?
If you only want your CV to be visible for the companies to which you apply to, you should access the “Settings” section (https://www.turijobs.com/candidate/configuration) in your account and uncheck the “Allow companies to find my CV” field.

4- Job search

How can I search for a job in Turijobs?
In our mainpage, www.turijobs.com, you will see a very simple browser that will be the base of your search for a new job. Select your area of interest in the “All areas” field, search your province in “Select province” and click the [magnifier]. You can also include a keyword to do a much more accurate search. Once you click the magnifier, you will find all the available offers that suit all those three fields. Nevertheless, at the left part of the page you can your search with more filters.
I'm interested in an offer, how can I apply?
In order to apply to any offer in our portal you should have your CV completed. Once you have the CV ready, select the offer that interests you and click the “Apply” button, in red.
I want to receive the latest offers that are of my interest. How can I do it?
You should access your profile and go to the “My alerts” section (https://www.turijobs.com/candidate/services), you can access the areas and provinces that best suit your interests and you will receive in your emails the offers that fullfill your preferences with the periodicity that you select (daily or weekly).
Can I consult job offers in Turijobs through the app?
Of course. We have a free app (android/iOs) where you can consult the same job offers you can find on the web. You can also manage your offers with ease through the app and apply in the moment. Our app also allows you to manage your offers with ease through the app, apply on the moment, create job offers, save your favourite offers and follow up your applications.

5- Job alerts / communications

How can I manage the job alerts?
You should log in and go to the “My alerts” area (https://www.turijobs.com/candidate/services). Here you will find two sections: “My alerts” and “Create an alert”. In the first section, “My alerts”, you will see all the alerts you have currently active. If you wish to delete any of those, you should select [X]. If you want to add a new job alert, you should go to the “Create an alert” section and add the alerts that interest you. You should select the professional area that you want, the province and the periodicity with which you wish to receive the alerts. Once you select “Save”, you will receive daily or weekly an email with the latest offers, accordingly to your preferences.
Why am I not receiving any job alert?
It is possible that you are not receiving new offers in your email because there are no new offers that correspond to the preferences you have selected, or because you are receiving them in the spam folder. To avoid it, add the email info@news.turijobs.pt to your list of sfe senders.
I no longer wish to receive your emails. How can I do it?
To stop receiving communications in your email, you should go to “Settings” (https://www.turijobs.com/candidate/configuration) in your applicant area and unselect those emails that you wish to stop receiving and click in [save changes]. If what you wish is to stop receiving our job alerts, you should access the “My alerts” section in your applicant area. There you will see a list with all the alerts you have active. To delete any of those, you should click [x].

6- My applications / Saved offers

Can I do a follow up of all my applications?
All the offer which you apply for will be stored in “My applications” space, in your candidate area. You can see the status of your applications through the filter you find on the left side: “Application sent”: the company has received your application to the offer but it hasn’t classified it yet. “Processing”: The company has reviewed your CV but hasn’t classified it yet as ‘finalist’ or ‘discarded’. “Finalist”: The company considers that your CV is suitable for the job offered. In this case, you should wait for the company to contact you. “Discarded”: The company opted to discard your application for this offer.
The status of my application hasn't changed. Is something wrong?
If you applied for a job offer but hasn’t been any change yet, this is due to the companies not updating the status of all the applications they receive. In Turijobs we are constantly in contact with the companies so they can inform you regarding the status of your application.
I have applied to an offer and my CV appears as finalist. What should I do?
You should wait for the company to contact you to schedule an interview. Nevertheless, companies not always classify all the candidates as finalists. In certain occasions, companies finish the selection process without having interviews all the applicants and they don’t change the application status back to “discarded” or “processing”. This classification should only be considered as orientative.
Can I cancel my application to an offer?
Once you applied to an offer, this action can not be undone. In the “My applications” page you can disable the visualization of an application, but the company will still have access to your cv.

7- Security

Where is my data stored and who has access to it?
All information sent by the users of the webpage that regards Personal Data will be be incorporated in a file (in compliance with the security and confidentiality terms required by the current legislation), with the aim of properly offering the service requested by the user and the collection of statistic data. This file is registered at the Spanish Data Protection Agency under the inscription code number 20418001115, more information in www.agdp.es. With this, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancelation and oposition to Turijobs Tourism Services, S.L. through the email proteccion@turijobs.com, stating in the subject: Derechos LOPD.

8- Delete my account

How can I delete my account?
We recommend that you conserve your data in Turijobs, since you might be interested in searching for a new job in the future. This way you will not have to fill in all your information once again and your CV will already be available for the companies searching for professionals with your profile. If you want to delete your account permanently, you should access the “Settings” section (https://www.turijobs.com/candidate/configuration) and select in the buttom part the “Delete account” option. Do you have any problem regarding eliminating your account? Send us an email to info@turijobs.com and we will help you.
I deleted my account and I want to recover it. What can I do?
Unfortunately, we can not recover any information that has been deleted by an user in Turijobs. You will have to create a new profile from scratch. You can do so in an easy and quick way here: (https://www.turijobs.pt/candidate/profile/mycvs)

1- My account

What should I do to register my company?
In Turjobs we have registered more than a million applicants specialized in turism and hospitality. To start the search for talent, you should go to our web page www.turijobs.com, click in "I am a company" and access "Register Company". Then, you should register an email, a password and other data regarding your company. Once you complete the registration, we will contact you to validate the information you provided. 
How can I modify my company details?
You can change your company's data in your Administrator's menu, by going to "Account configurations" and selecting "Company profile".

I do not remember my password. How can I access my company account again?
To recover your password go to our web www.turijobs.com, click "Access" and then "Recover password". You will receive an automatic email where you can recover the password and access again your account in Turijobs. Sometimes the email doesn't appear in the main box, so we recommend you to review as well the spam box. For security reasons, the link for recovering the password is only available for 2 hours. You should change it in that period of time or, otherwise, repeat the process. If you have any problem while recovering your password, write us an email to comercial@turijobs.com.
How can I cancel my company?
You can unsubscribe your company writing to us to comercial@turijobs.com . Keep in mind that, when you unsubscribe, you will lose all the CVs you have received and you will no longer receive communications from Turijobs. If what you wish is to stop receiving our notifications for promotional information, you can do so directly in the administrator's menu in "Notifications options". There you can select or unselect the options you wish.

2- Publication of offers

How do I insert an offer?
To publish offers in Turjobs you should first have an active account and available credits for the publication. If you do so, go to the "Publish offer" option inside the "Administrator Menu" and fill in all the necessary data regarding your offer. If you don't have enough credits available, write us an email to comercial@turijobs.com or purchase them directly with the "Online store" option in your "Administrator Menu".
Can I publish offers on Turijobs without my company name appearing?
In Turijobs you can publish "Blind offers" so that the company can not be identified, having that privacy and confidentiality option when you need it. This service allows to publish an offer without any data so that the applicant doesn't know what is the company. To publish blind offers in Turijobs you should have an active account and available credits for the publication. If you do so, go to "Services" in the "Administrator Menu" and access to "Change fictional company". Then, click the "insert offers" section, click "Publish" and fill in all the data of the opening. If you haven't purchased this service you can do so calling us directly to +34 902 36 64 45 or writing us an email to comercial@turijobs.com.
Can I activate an offer that is already expired?
If you have an old offer you want to reactivate, you can copy the offer and publish again in the portal. To copy the offer you have to go to "Manage offers and CVs" and access the "Archived" section. Select the offer you are interested in copying and click the "copy" icon, which allows you to edit the offer again. When you click "Publish offer", the offer will be active in the portal once again.

What kind of services does Turijobs offer?

Furthermore thant the Credit Offers and the Offers Packs, you can potentiate the search for candidates adding some of the following services: Candidates searcher: Quickly find the applicant you need and pay only for the CVs that interest you. You can have discounts from 50 CVs. Hide the company's name: If you are doing a confidential selection process, hire this service to hide the name of your company. Date update service: by positioning your offer amongst the first results, you will obtain a higher visibility and more applicants will register for that offer. How can I see how many visits my job offers have?
You can see the amount of visits your offers receive from you "Administrator Menu", clicking the "Information" section and then accessing "Offers stats". In this section you will find information regarding the number of applications, the percentage of applications and, if you have used the classification folders, you can also see the percentage of finalists your offer has.
How can I give a greater impact to my offers?
If it has been a while since the publishing of your offer and you have the sensation that the rate with which you are receiving new applications is decreasing, you can potentiate your offer with our date update service. This service will allow you to refresh the date of your offer manually once a day, while the offer is active, so that it is shown in the first positions of the search results. This way, you will get a higher visibility for a larger period of time and, most importantly, a higher number of applications. Other option for you to get a higher volume of candidates is to hire the exclusive email marketing service. Do the prices shown in the online store include VAT?
The prices included in the home page of Turijobs' online store do not include the correspondent 21% VAT value, as it is mentioned. When including any service in your shopping cart you will see the value corresponding to the VAT applied and also the final price.
I have contracted a service in Turijobs and I do not know until when I can use it.
In your "Administrator Menu", in the "information" section, clicking in "Purchase history" you will find all the services acquired and the corresponding expiration dates.
I have hired a service. When will I receive the invoice?
If you purchased through our online store with a bank card, you will receive the receipt in the period of 1 to 2 hours after completing the transaction. It might happen that you don't receive the email in your main box, as we advise you to review as well the spam box. If you don't receive the receipt, please contact us through email to comercial@turijobs.com. If you paid through bank transfer, you will receive the receipt in the moment our commercial department receives the amount of the transaction. If you have purchased under a quotation and consequent contract, done by our commercial department, you will receive the receipt in your email in the moment Turijobs receives the signed document and the proof of payment.

4- Manage CVs

How can I see the candidates registered for my job offers?
In your "Administrator menu", in "Manage Offers and CVs", you can see all the offers you currently have and the people who applied to each of them. In the last columns of each offer you can see the total number of applications, the new ones, the pending ones, the finalists and the discarded ones. To access the CVs, you should select the number shown in the "New" collumn of your offer. Here you will see the new applications (pending on revision) to your offer. If you want to see the total amount of applications, you should select "All" in the right margin. In both cases, you will see a page with all the CVs sort by date of application, with the name, age, studies, previous experience and last job title. Nevertheless, you will find a lateral banner with more filters available to make a better applicants search. Finally, selecting the applicant's name, you will see his/her complete CV.
Is there a type of filter to discard CVs that do not meet the requested conditions?
You have the option to add a questionnaire that applicants must answer when applying to the offer. On one hand, this form allows to classify from 0 to 10 all users who apply to an offer, based on their answers, which will allow you to have more information about them. On the other hand, all those CVs that don't get the minimum classification will automatically be discarded. To start creating your own questionnaire you should access "Services" and then "Questionnaires management". This tool is included in the purchase of any offer in Turijobs.
What CV sorting options can I use?
Optimize the management of your applications using the three CV classification folders available according to its status: Pending, Finalists and Discarded. You can move the CVs from one folder to another whenever you want, selecting the check box of one or multiple CVs and choosing which folder you want to move them to. You can also move the CV that you are viewing, clicking in the right upper part, where you can select the folder to which you want to move the CV.
Does the candidate receive alerts every time I classify their CV?
The applicant does not receive any notification that the company is classifying the CV, unless if the company whishes to do so, configurating it in the "Customized answers to the applicants" option. On the other hand, the applicant can see the status of his/her application (New, Pending, Finalist or Discarded) from their personal account.
How do I notify the candidate of the status of his candidacy?
Through the "Customized answer to the applicants" service, each time a candidate applies to your offer he/she will receive an email with the customized message you want to send him/her. (For example: Thank you for applying to this offer, we will review your profile and if it seems like a right match to the opening, we will contact you for a possible interview"). You can also set a customized message if you wish to inform the candidate each time you move his/her CV to a different folder ("Pending", "Finalist" or "Discarded"). You can set as many messages as you whish, as well as choosing to which offers you want to apply them. You can start to define your customized messages going to your "Administrator menu", in the "Services" section, clicking the "Customized answer to the applicants" option. If you don't have this option available, please contact our Commercial department calling to +34 902 36 64 45 or writing an email to comercial@turijobs.com.
Can I remove or change the frequency with which I receive candidate registration notifications?
To manage the notifications you receive, you should go to your "Administrator Menu", in the "Account Setting" section and select "Notifications options". Once you are there, you can select the periodicity with which you want to receive the alerts: instantaneously, daily or weekly. If you don't wish to receive any alert, click "never".
How can I find the profile I am looking for in the Turijobs database?
You can do an active search for applicants through the "Applicants searcher" option, that you will find in the "Administrator Menu". This service is available for free to every company registered in Turijobs and it allows to find the profiles under the preferences you want. If you are interested in seeing the complete data of a candidate of your interest, you should purchase credits in Turijobs. When buying the access to a CV, the information of the applicant is unveiled and you can save his/her CV for the period of one year. You can purchase this service in Turijobs' online store or contacting directly our Commercial Department through phone +34 902 36 64 45 or email to comercial@turijobs.com.
I have found the profile you were looking for. Can I delete the offer?
If you have already filled a vacancy, we recommend you to save the offer in the "Archived" folder. Keeping your offers in the "Archived" folder will allow you to review the CVs of the applicants that applied to the offer, at any given time, having access to all contact data regarding the applicant up to 30 days after the end of the service purchased. If you have a "Welcome" offer, you can access the applicants' data up to 10 days after the expiration of the offer. If you still have days remaining until the expiration date of the offer, you can archive them accessing "Manage offers and CVs", selecting the offer and clicking "Archive selected ones".
How can I add the logo to my profile?
To add the logo to your profile you should contact us on +34 902 36 64 45 or write us an email to comercial@turijobs.com and we will add it for you.
How can I change the access email to my account?
If you need to change the email you use to access Turijobs, you can do it from the "Administrator menu", in the "Account settings" area, clicking "Access Data". Once you have entered this section, you should fill in your current email, the new email and the password.

5- Other questions

I have an incident, what should I do?
If you had an incidence and you could not find the solution for it in the FAQ section, you can contact us directly calling to +34 902 36 64 45 or writing us an email to comercial@turijobs.com. We will fix it as soon as possible so that you can keep connected with the best tourism and hospitality talent.
Can I publish your offers in my website?
Of course you do. Send us an email to info@turijobs.com with your request and we will send you a personalized feed so that you can offer job opportunities to your users.
