Job Description

 

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily restaurant functions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to high service standards.
• Implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency in food presentation and quality.
• Monitor restaurant logistics, including reservations, table management, and service flow optimization.

Guest Experience & Service Standards:

• Drive an exceptional dining experience by ensuring all guest interactions exceed expectations.
• Analyze guest feedback, identify trends, and implement service enhancements accordingly.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain a seamless guest journey.
• Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

 

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, train, and mentor the restaurant team to uphold the highest hospitality standards.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain alignment with Meliá brand requirements and global best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse teams and clientele.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
