Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Guesthouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of our guesthouse, including staff management, reservation coordination, and overseeing housekeeping and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bacharelato degree, have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, and possess fluent English skills. This position requires the flexibility to work in shifts. We provide an attractive monthly salary within the hotel sector.
• Ensure the quality of customer service.
• Control the Reservation process and tracking.
• Manage complaints, suggestions, and cancellation.
• Daily monitoring of the Back-ups.
• Manage invoicing and payments.
• Monthly accounting management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Hotel Management.
• Ensure the recruitment, training, and management of the team members.
• Elaboration of schedules, organization of vacation map and team attendance management.
• Work in two places if needed (Lisboa and Cascais), our properties are nearby Cascais train station and Rossio train station.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Bacharelato
Experience: Entre 1 e 2 anos
Professional Category: Supervisor
Residence Permit: Portugal
Essential language: English - Bilingual
• Experience in management of people.
• Proven experience in the field of Hospitality of minimum 1-2 years;
• English is mandatory. Spanish or French will be preferred;
• Schedule flexibility;
• Orientation to obtain results;
• Sense of responsibility and mission;
• Immediate availability;
• Age range: 25-40 years old.
