What you will have to do:
Ensure efficient and friendly service, following hotel SOPs. Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring they meet customer requests. Provide personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and exceeding expectations. Present the bill and handle payments in compliance with established procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Participate in team briefings and scheduled training sessions. Comply with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
What we are looking for and what will you have to do:
proven professional experience in a similar role in a hotel environment service knowledge within a luxury service environment and SOPs fluency in Greek and English (Additional language knowledge will be considered as an advantage.) pleasant and teamwork personality communicational skills ability to work in a demanding environment with multitask duties and responsibilities
