🎯 Your Mission

As Assistant to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth daily operation of our bars and dining areas, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in daily operations across bars and dining outlets.
• Supervise and motivate the front-of-house and bar teams, including training and performance follow-up.
• Ensure high-quality service aligned with the standards of Hotel Son Vell and the Vestige Collection.
• Gather guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall F&B experience.
• Coordinate logistics for events, breakfasts, cocktail hours, and poolside or terrace service.
• Manage inventory and orders for beverages, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all F&B areas.

🧭 Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury or boutique hotels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with international guests.
• Natural leadership, a team-focused mindset, and great attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French or Italian is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
