Staybridge Suites Málaga opened its doors just a few months ago in the North Tower of AQ Urban Sky, bringing a fresh and exciting hospitality concept to the city. With 105 fully equipped suites designed for longer stays, our hotel is focused on offering guests a true home-away-from-home experience — and now we're looking for Front Office Agents to join our growing team!

As part of the front office team, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests, reflecting the warmth, professionalism, and spirit of Staybridge Suites. We’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, eager to grow, and excited to be part of a dynamic and international environment during these early and defining months of our journey.

Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the front office to ensure a smooth guest experience and uphold brand standards

Requisitos

Titulación mínima: Diplomatura
Experiencia: De 2 a 3 años
Categoría profesional: Empleado
Residencia: Provincia vacante
Idioma imprescindible: Inglés - Intermedio

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in Front Office / Reception

Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments

Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach

Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose and implement solutions

High level of personal integrity and commitment to excellence

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Comfortable with IT systems and hotel management software

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the department

Positive, approachable, and open personality

Ability to prioritize and stay focused under pressure or when facing demanding situations
