We are one of Barcelona's leading tour operators offering a wide range of day tours around Catalunya. We are now expanding our team of guides. We are looking for freelance guides, but can offer a contract to the right individual. We are especially interested in guides who are confident driving a minivan.

Ideally, you will have experience in guiding, but while facts and figures, dates and places can be learned, what we really need are people who can describe themselves as the following:

- You are passionate about Barcelona and Catalunya
- You love meeting people and sharing your experience and stories, but you also want to hear and learn about your customers
- You are kind, lively, funny, resourceful, responsible
- You are happy working alone, but you love being part of a family, part of a team
- You are confident driving customers
- You can speak English, Catalan, and Spanish fluently
- You are from here, or have lived here long enough to feel like a local
- You are happy to work as an autonomous
- You can commit to working up to 15 days per month
- You can work weekends

Our philosophy is to combine guided visits with free time for the customer. Your working day is long, but there is plenty of free time for you to take some time to enjoy the places we visit. One day you might be guiding in the Pyrenees Mountains, the next you could be walking on a beach on the Costa Brava, one day you'll be doing a wine tour, the next day exploring a medieval village.

This is a job for somebody who doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk, who loves the outdoors, who likes the freedom of being away from an office.

On average, you can expect to receive between at least 2,000 and 3,000 Euros per month including tips, depending on how many tours you invoice us for.
