MARKETING MANAGER – UK

 

Driving Iconic Brand Visibility Across Meliá White House (London), INNSiDE Manchester, Liverpool & Newcastle

 

Location: UK (Multi-City)
Hotels: Meliá White House | INNSiDE Manchester | INNSiDE Liverpool | INNSiDE Newcastle

 

 

Mission:

 

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in bringing our global brand strategy to life at a local level—blending creativity with commercial acumen to craft unforgettable campaigns, elevate our guest experience, and drive results across four of the UK’s most vibrant urban hotels.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

Strategic Vision & Brand Synergy

  • Acted as the brand guardian for four flagship UK hotels, ensuring full alignment with Meliá’s global marketing strategy.
  • Defined, developed, and executed tailored marketing plans that delivered both commercial results and brand consistency.
  • Served as the key connector between strategic vision and operational reality, collaborating closely with GMs, Sales Directors, and regional stakeholders.

 

Multi-Channel Marketing & Campaigns

  • Led omnichannel marketing execution across digital, print, social, and influencer platforms.
  • Created compelling, lifestyle-driven content—from full-scale campaigns to video, photography, and branded storytelling.
  • Delivered B2B and B2C success in collaboration with Meliá PRO, MICE, and Business Travel segments.

 

PR, Social, and Influencer Engagement

  • Directed PR agency management, media relations, and press visit strategies, aligning local narratives with global brand momentum.
  • Oversaw social media strategy and agency partnerships, including RFP processes, content calendar approvals, and influencer vetting.
  • Built meaningful media and influencer relationships that enhanced brand visibility and drove engagement.

 

 

Photo & Video Production

  • Managed end-to-end hotel shoots—from creative concept to styling and on-site direction—delivering high-impact content for multi-platform use.
  • Coordinated all production elements, including props, creative briefs, and execution to ensure brand consistency across campaigns and melia.com.

 

Content Power & Digital Excellence

  • Maintained content excellence across all key platforms, including Cosmos, brand websites, and internal marketing assets.
  • Collaborated with E-Commerce and brand teams to ensure every visual and written asset met tone, image, and performance standards.

 

F&B and New Openings Marketing

  • Created brand identities and launch strategies for new hotel and F&B outlets.
  • Led end-to-end marketing execution—PR, social, design, and partnerships—for new restaurant concepts and venue openings.
  • Designed standout guest experiences and marketing moments to convert casual guests into loyal brand advocates.

A driven, creative marketing leader with a passion for hospitality, a sharp eye for brand, and the energy to bring big ideas to life across multiple locations. You think like a strategist, move like a producer, and connect like a storyteller. You know how to turn insight into impact—and vision into value.

 

  • Proven experience with Marketing, Social Media or PR, with minimum of 2 years
  • Hospitality background
  • Exceptional communication skills, proactive and very organized
  • High level of English and eligibility to work in the UK.
