Annual Operational Investment plan (PAI)
Prepare the annual budget for the F&B area, in terms of raw material costs, orders and personnel.
Daily monitoring of costs and revenues
Control of the department’s KPIs, cost of raw materials, personnel, order tracking.
Control of personnel-related KPIs. Productivity level, ratios in breakfast room, bar, restaurant, events
Control and monitoring of KPIs in the F&B area.
