Operational Excellence:

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency in food presentation and quality.
Monitor restaurant logistics, including reservations, table management, and service flow optimization.

Guest Experience & Service Standards:

Drive an exceptional dining experience by ensuring all guest interactions exceed expectations.
Analyze guest feedback, identify trends, and implement service enhancements accordingly.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain a seamless guest journey.
Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, train, and mentor the restaurant team to uphold the highest hospitality standards.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
Exceptional leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse teams and clientele.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
